When you hire us as your Buyers agents we will sell your home and not charge you any Listing commission. All you will pay is the traditional 2.8% coop for the Broker who brings the new owner to your home!

The simple truth is that we have a trying market and special steps need to be taken to sell homes. With our offer you can list your home for less than the competition and thus sell more quickly. If you list your home @ $250,000 and only pay the 2.8% coop versus our regular 6% commission you will be able to list your home $8000 less than comparable homes in your area.

We all know that money talks and if you can list your home lower you can sell it quicker!

You might also ask how we can do this, well if we act as your Buyer agents for your new home purchase we will be paid our commission on that side of the transaction and that works out just fine for us.
